• Determining the quantity of input material
• Creation of a release model based on the steel construction information
• Static calculation of the substructure including fastening to steel construction purlins
• Division of the substructure, as well as clash testing with steel construction
• Preparation of assembly plans for the substructure and the standing seam membranes
• Providing the production information for the curved substructure as well as the data for the free-form webs

• BEMO N 65 MONRO ( 3.000 m² )
• BEMO DOME substructure ( approx. 2,500 m )

Special challenge:

Attachment of the dome system directly to steel construction, thus only limited fastening options, strong segmentation of the steel construction, assembly planning together with progressive design planning, 4 construction phases with different installation directions
