  • Feasibility studies in the design and tendering phase
  • 3D modelling of standing seam surfaces and profile division
  • Surface optimization based on the first scan data
  • Space adjustments after coordination with the PV occupancies
  • Distribution of the standing seam membranes to final surfaces
  • Coordination of connection heights and boundaries
  • Coordination with the local structural engineering office
  • Pre-design of the substructure for each area according to individual static calculations
  • Implementation of the area scans and finalization of the substructures per area
  • Planning and adaptation of the channels on a scan basis
  • Provide the production information for substructure to manufacture in the USA
  • Creation of 3D models for implementation in the further on-site BIM process
  • Preparation of models for installation and overview plans

  • BEMO Standing seam 65-400 / 1.00 mm ( 88.200 m² )
  • BEMO FLEX substructure ( total approx. 82 km as individual individual pieces )
  • Production data for approx. 510,000 individual FLEX elements
  • Channels incl. flexible substructure
  • First, special extrusions
  • BEMO Chord rail ( approx. 10 km )

  • Very tight timelines for individual sections
  • 4 individual buildings
  • BEMO Flex based on scan data
  • Deflection of the primary structure
  • Working in sequences and sections
  • Communciating across different time zones
  • Coordination with PV occupancy and connection details
  • Multiple scans ( approx. 360 scans ) necessary – close coordination and coordination with surveyors on site
